Manage Your Business
Your West Connectivity Business houses all the products and applications created by your organization and allows you to manage your account, user access, products, applications, users audit, and more.
Business Management

Once you have an active account and have logged in, you can navigate to the following URL to see your newly created business https://www.diagnostic.westpharma.com/business/memberships

Click on your business to access your business page.
- Or, click the "+ NEW BUSINESS" button to create a new business.
- When on the Business page, click on the BUSINESS tab to access the Business Settings, Team, and Audit Logs menus.
Settings
This is where you can find the name of your business as well as the unique "Business ID". The Business ID cannot be changed, it is useful if there is a need to contact West Connectivity support team.
Team
The Team section allows you to add new team members to your business, effectively giving them access to any Solutions created under that Business
Audit Logs
Audit Logs is where you can view and export changes made within that business and from which user. Different informations are listed like IP, time and an unique operation identifier. It will help to monitor activity. For some environments, there is also a reason required when modifying or removing resources. That will be also listed here.
Note
If you are on Root business, you will have also login attempts/success trails for users accross all businesses.
